Gabrielisa Garcia, Educator, says that "anything is possible through clarity, belief, education and practice." She knew she wanted to be a hair artist since she was seven years old, and began her hair industry journey at fifteen taking academic courses and starting a cosmetology program. After graduating, she worked part-time as an assistant while earning a degree in Sociology and Health Education. After college, Gaby worked at Bumble and bumble, where she learned the art of hair and strengthened her passion working New York Fashion Week and editorial. Until recently, she worked at Mynd Spa and Salon as a Style Educator/Senior Stylist and Natural Hair Specialist working on guests, celebrities and fashion models in editorial and print.

Sarajane Lynch, Educator, a native of Orange County, California began her career in 1996 at Vidal Salon in Santa Monica. She moved to New York City in 2004 and immediately connected with the famous Bumble and Bumble salon. It was there where she discovered the facets of her passion in self care, hair and the art of styling. She became the lead educator at Bumble where she taught an expansive curriculum to a wide array of stylists. In 2008 Sarajane was hired as a stylist at ION Studio. Sara played an important role in developing IONs' renowned educational program.

She specializes not only in education for the stylist but education for the client. She teaches the individual how to maintain and style their hair; allowing clients to embrace who they are and most of all loving their hair.

Joseph Mullen, Educator, is a an intuitive hair colorist and educator in New York City. He began his career 18 years ago at Bumble and Bumble where he first studied the art of hair painting. At Bumble and Bumble he played an integral role in developing curriculum for Bumble and Bumble University. Today he continues to master his craft with a devotion to develop new creative ways to paint hair and integrates his Embeautyment practitioner and Healing Touch energy healing trainings to integrate health and wellness in his work. Joseph teaches Intuitive Hair Painting workshops which are designed to expand hair colorists painting  skills by cultivating intuition, creativity and wellbeing.

 Currently, Joseph is the color director at Blackstones salon where mentoring the apprentices and colorist alike and has been an educator at Fearless Beauty since it’s inception. He also performs energy healing hair color services at his private studio, Biophilia, in Brooklyn.

Raisa Cabrera, Educator, is a master hair colorist. Her specialty is within hair painting (Balyage) and color corrections. Raisa skillfully creates individually customized hair color for each of her very special clients concentrating on their own unique complexion, eyebrows and lifestyle. Raisa thrilled her clients for over 12 years at the widely known BUMBLE AND BUMBLE salon. Where she collaborated with their creative team. Utilizing make-up artist principles, Raisa will travel as a color educator teaching advanced hair color techniques. Throughout her career, Raisa Cabrera has worked alongside some of the most notable stylists and colorists in NYC such as: Sally Herschberger, Marie Robinson, Laurent Phillipon, Rolando Buchamp, Ward and Jimmy Paul. You can also find Raisa serving as a color consultant for the exclusive BEE AND MALU salon in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.

Dani Williams, Educator, has been practicing esthetics & electrolysis for almost 20 years.  and is now the Esthetician on the Fearless Beauty team educating the students about skin care. Dani currently works in The Spa @ Equinox on the upper east side of Manhattan and is presently taking classes to obtain a license as a Massage Therapist. She also volunteers by co-leading a group of Girl Scouts that reside in a local homeless shelter as part of Troop 6000, which is an organization that was established to serve girls living in temporary housing facilities in New York. Dani studies languages as a hobby and is fluent in Italian.  She travels with her teenage daughter as often as possible. She believes seeing the world and it’s different cultures is a wonderful experience that anyone who has the opportunity to take should do so.

Sarah Rappolt, Educator, graduated from the Vidal Sassoon Academy for Hair and Cosmetology in Santa Monica, CA in 2002 and worked for Bumble and Bumble for 12 years traveling throughout the country as well as internationally teaching styling and cutting skills to develop hairdressers in the Bumble and Bumble network of 4500 salons. Since then, she has been the Director or Education at Ion Studios in Soho and Michael Angelo’s Wonderland in Chelsea before going out on her own. Sarah worked closely with the First Step Program, a subsidiary of the Coalition for the Homeless, providing makeovers for previously homeless women completing a job training program. She established an apprenticeship for a Afghan hairdresser visiting the USA through a work program sponsored by the Business Council for Peace. She regularly travels to Cambodia with the Beauty Plus Network to educate girls who have been rescued from the sex trade industry. She developed a curriculum for the girls and helped to open the first “luxury” salon for the graduates of the program to work.

Aaron Pursell, Educator, began his career training with Aveda in 2001. In 2004 he moved to NewYork City where he began his training at Bumble and Bumble. This created an extensive background working for the fashion industry, doing photo shoots with magazines including, Nylon, V, Italian Vogue, W, to mention a few. While at Bumble and Bumble he participated working backstage at Fashion shows, including Lacoste, Thom Browne, BCBG, Hood by Air, etc. Between 2006 and 2009 he was also an educator at Bumble and Bumble University and helped with product development. Now he works at Cutler Salons in Soho, where he continues to take clients every 6 weeks. While in the city he is a regular visitor and occasionally takes clients at Hairstory Studio. The remainder of his time is spent in Colorado, where he works at a JunoStudio.

Beginning in 2016 he began teaching haircutting in Rishikesh, India for one month of the year with Fearless Beauty.

Nicole Cichocki, Educator, is a hairstylist, energy healer, and wellness enthusiast on a mission to inspire wellbeing and awaken beauty in all of her clients.  She is pioneering positive change in the beauty industry by revolutionizing beauty service and teaching beauty professionals to integrate mind, body, and spirit wellness into their work through The Embeautyment Method.    

Based in New York City, her approach is a blend of positive psychology, energy medicine and two decades of experience as an instructional designer, trainer, and hairstylist behind the chair.  She has consulted for top industry brands like Sephora, Elizabeth Arden Red Door, Estee Lauder, Makeup Forever, BRIOGEO, and MAC.  She spent 14 years as Lead Educator of Technical Education at Bumble and bumble, training and developing internal and field educators; designing BbU curriculum; working in the salon; on editorial shoots; and on the New York and Paris Fashion Week team. She has worked with designers Thom Browne, Vivienne Westwood, Maison Margiela, Rick Owens and Donna Karen and celebrities like Gwen Stefani, Natalie Portman, Eve, Diane Lane and Deepak Chopra to name a few. She currently has an Embeautyment practice in New York City where she offers non-toxic hair care and Healing Touch energy healing and a variety of other complementary therapies that place wellness at the center of the client experience.  

A self-proclaimed “meaning junkie”, Nicole's curiosity about life fuels her path of self-realization and overcrowded book shelf. She believes in gentleness and compassion towards oneself, practicing gratitude, always having fun, and that laughter is one of the great keys to well-being.

Mike Martinez, Educator, is a senior stylist and creative director for Cutler Salons in NYC.

 Mike started doing hair in Arizona where he quickly became an educator for Aveda. In 2006, he moved to New York and has spent the last 12 years as a senior stylist at Cutler Salon. In addition to his efforts behind the chair, Mike also works as an educator for Fatboy Hair and Cutler Salons training and ushering in a new generation of hairdressers.

 Mike has spent the last 17 seasons doing hair backstage at New York and Paris fashion weeks, including shows for Margiela, Louis Vuitton, Thom Browne, and Rick Owens. Additionally he has  worked with a number of brands such as Céline, Levis, and Noah.

 In 2015 and 2016 Mike spent an extended period of time in Rishikesh, India providing education and mentorship to women for the non profit Fearless Beauty.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Mike has also traveled the world, documenting lifestyles and interviewing people around the globe as part of a multimedia documentary project Their first short film premiered at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival and was shortlisted for documentary of the year.

 Currently, he is working with a non profit to teach hairdressing to incarcerated Women at Rikers Island

Eryk Wade, Educator, has had a passion for hair that started in high school and has continually strived to be better and to learn from the best throughout his 30 year career.

An expert in hand made wigs since 2014, taking classes from top wig makers in NYC and London. His main focus in wig making is for clients that have hair loss from general / genetic loss, alopecia, chemotherapy.  Creating wigs that replicate the clients natural hair, mimicking their natural hairline and growth patterns.

A regular at NY, Milan, Paris and London fashion weeks.  Working with lead stylists James Pecis, Odile Gilbert, Laurent Philippon, Orlando Pita,Shay Ashual and Guido to name a few.  He shares his passion by using this firsthand knowledge gained from working with these luminaries by teaching other stylists and being a lead stylist on fashion photo and video shoots.

You will usually find him behind the chair at Pony Studios in Oakland CA, where he creates effortless styles and beautiful color for his loyal clients. Continuously pursuing the latest education to expand his repertoire and the latest advances to offer his clients the most current and most suitable looks.

Eryk’s passions have  include being a trapeze artist and teaching self defense to women and teens.
