Danielle earned her law degree from New York Law School where she graduated with honors. She has held positions at two international law firms and served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey. An active volunteer, she has shared time and talent with numerous organizations and is grateful to use her legal background to help empower others.

​​Eve excels as a director of events and has developed and produced events for international leaders and global non-profit organizations. She is also a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, volunteer throughout the New York City area, and has worked extensively as an urban activist and consultant with Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Foundation.

Tara is a full-time instructor for the University of Delaware’s Department of Communication, and founder of Tara Lynn Communications. Previously, Tara lived in New York City, and worked in public relations and corporate communication roles at the headquarters of NBCUniversal News Group, Time Warner Inc., and Ketchum Public Relations. Tara has provided pro bono public relations consulting to Fearless Beauty since its founding and was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2020. Since 2006, Tara has been active in the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for PRSA Delaware. Previously, Tara served nationally on the Educational Affairs Committee, was an officer of the Board of Directors for PRSA New York, and held numerous leadership positions with PRSA Georgia. Tara completed her M.S. in public relations and corporate communication from New York University with distinction, and a B.A. in public relations from The Pennsylvania State University. In 2017, she attained Accreditation in Public Relations (APR).

Mona has spent her career in advertising and is currently Managing Director at Pereira O’Dell, an independent advertising agency with a specialty in branded entertainment. Her passion has been telling stories in advertising that are as diverse and authentic as the audience themselves and creating an inclusive working environment that inspires people to build the ad agency they always wished existed. Her nearly 15 years of brand management expertise began in global creative networks and sharpened in boutique innovation and brand content-led shops. She is also a member of Chief, a network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.

Backed-up by two decades of training and experience in the fields of beauty, fashion and branding, Monaé Everett is an American Board Certified Haircolorist with a diverse educational background. Additionally, she earned degrees in Communications and Sociology from George Mason University.

As a major force in beauty, Monaè has worked under top global hair care brands, such as Wella, Sebastian, and Mizani. She is the industry expert for all hair textures.

Monaè’s professional work has been heavily displayed in the world of film, television, print, heater, and numerous New York Fashion Week shows. National media giants such as Glamour, Harper’s BAZAAR, ESSENCE, InStyle, and Yahoo! Beauty tap Monaè regularly as a trusted voice and authority in the beauty and style industry. 

Monaé loves to educate and has launched "The Monae Life Academy" online academy specifically for hairstylists, teaching how to style for editorials, celebrities, and styling for all hair textures. She recently released "Get Out Of Your Own Way!" to help artists who want to follow their dreams of working with celebs and other high end clientele.
